Legal Information
You will need to know information such as:
- The property's legal description
- Parcel identification number
Most likely, this information is publicly accessible from your county's various websites. For example, a copy of your deed with the legal description is available at your county clerk's office or website. Your parcel ID is available at your property appraiser's (or tax collector's) website and office. Please take a moment to find your property information in the links below before you start the ordering process. You may wish to print the results for convenience.
Mortgage Information
For many of our deeds and documents you will also need to know your mortgage balances on the property. Please also collect any first, second, additional mortgage and lines of credit totals which are currently open on the subject property.
