INeedaDeed.com offers a complete system, with back-end management tools for auto-completing documents, assigning requests, reviewing documents prior to sending, e-mailing documents, credit card charge and storage of documents. When a customer contacts you through the software they will choose the type of document they need (we can create any document you need, or you can create it yourself) the form will present them with all the questions necessary to complete their order. They are asked to fill in as much of the information they can, but even if they cannot complete any of the form, none of it is mandatory. After completing as much of the form as they can, they will be asked for contact and credit card information (the card is not charged until you complete the order). You will receive an e-mail alerting you to a new order. You can then go into the system and assign the order to someone in your office or complete the order yourself. If you assign the order you can set the level of access the assignee has, such as, are they allowed to send out the completed order or does it have to come back to you for review. All you do is gather the information and insert it into the questionnaire form. When you are satisfied with your answers, you create the document with the push of a button, at which time the document is created automatically, e-mails are sent to your customer with the document (in PDF form), their credit card is charged and the document is stored in your software. There are pop-ups and tips located throughout the system, as well as links to county offices, for both you and your customer. The software can be linked directly to your own website or you can choose to be listed on the iNeedaDeed.com website as an available Attorney in your area. It is not necessary to have your own website, you can log in through the iNeedaDeed.com website to access your orders. All your customer information is completely confidential between you and them.
